ABOUT THE PUBLICATION
Manufacturing knowledge, connected to the work
MAGI Manufacturing Insights is published by Manufacturing Action Group, Inc. for established manufacturers and manufacturing divisions with demanding production, inventory, fulfillment and financial requirements. The guides focus on software fit, supported workflow changes and the operating decisions behind a successful implementation.
Who publishes these guides?
Manufacturing Action Group develops MAGI manufacturing ERP. Business consulting is included in onboarding and available to MAGI customers on an ongoing basis, alongside implementation, training and software support. This publication explains the operating questions that matter when replacing a system, connecting existing processes or selecting a first integrated ERP for a complex operation. These are articles from the software provider. They are written to help readers understand a process, examine their requirements and decide what to ask in a demonstration.
How we prepare an article
We use AI-assisted research and writing. Product coverage is grounded in MAGI information and relevant software evidence. Before drafting new articles, we investigate the applicable code and workflow, including configuration, validation, permissions and the operations behind the screen. General manufacturing explanations use relevant primary sources alongside clearly labeled working examples.
MAGI is credited as the organizational author. Where an individual contributes as an author or reviewer, their credit identifies that role.
Examples and product images
Worked quantities and costs are illustrative unless an article identifies another verified source. Product captures show the actual application in Modern mode with sample data; captions explain the scope of each demonstration. A screen example should not be read as a customer result or an end-to-end transaction test.
We explain what a connection or customization does in its particular workflow. The features and configuration needed for your operation belong in a concrete demonstration and implementation discussion.
Updates and corrections
We review the collection every three months and address verified corrections as they arise. Articles retain their original publication date and show an updated date when substantive content changes. Source notes appear with each article.
To suggest a correction or ask about a workflow, email sales@magi-erp.com with the article link and the detail you want us to check.
